Howl-O-Ween!  Canine Costume Party in Lincoln Park, 12th and East Capitol Streets, SE, sponsored by Chateau-Animaux!  Compete for prizes in 5 fun categories:  Funniest, Scariest, Best Disguise, Best Dressed and Best in Show!  This year's celebrity judges will include:  No entry fee or pre-registration required.  Event starts at 2 PM! Free treat bags for all canine participants!  Click here for pictures from Howl-O-Ween 2009!
