Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is most important to us.  Chateau-Animaux is firmly committed to protecting your privacy both online and off.   When you place your order at Chateau-Animaux, we collect personal information about you such as your name, telephone number, email address, billing address, shipping address, and credit card information.   We use this information about our customers to fulfill product orders and to add to our private print and online mailing lists.  Chateau-Animaux does not sell or rent customers' personal information to others.   Our shopping cart system is on a secure site to ensure credit card information is only accessed by designated Chateau-Animaux employees, guaranteeing safe and secure shopping.

Service

When you place your order at Chateau-Animaux, you will receive an automated response confirming your order.  Emails received by Chateau-Animaux are answered by an actual person.  Our goal is to answer every email within twenty-four hours.  Certain inquiries, however, may require additional research and will be answered as soon as possible. Warranty

Chateau-Animaux makes every effort to provide only "The Best for Our Best Friends™."  We select quality merchandise and stand behind all products we sell.  All products carry the full manufacturers' warranty.  In addition, Chateau-Animaux warrants all products for the first thirty  days from the date of purchase.

Payment Information

Chateau-Animaux accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  Credit cards are charged upon shipment of an order.  Our shopping cart system is on a secure site to ensure credit card information is only accessed by designated Chateau-Animaux employees, guaranteeing safe and secure shopping.  We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks.  Certified funds and personal checks must clear before a product ships.

Cancellation

An order may be canceled at any time before it ships. There are no charges for cancellations prior to shipping. The customer is held responsible for all shipping charges for orders canceled after shipment.

Shipping

We make every effort to get all orders shipped as soon as possible.   Most orders are shipped to arrive within two weeks of the order date, Monday through Friday. We notify customers concerning out of stock items that may take longer than two weeks to ship.  Custom collars and other personalized items may take three to four weeks for shipment.

Orders are shipped to physical addresses (not post office boxes) throughout the continental United States via UPS Ground.  When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notice including a UPS Tracking Number and a link to the UPS tracking site where you can view your order's shipping progress.

Orders to locations outside the continental United States are shipped via US Mail.  Shipping charges are added to your order based on the package's weight and shipping distance.

Returns

All returns must be made within thirty days from the date of purchase.  Customers are responsible for return shipment of all products.  Within the thirty day period, prior authorization for returns is not required, provided: returned merchandise is in original condition and includes original product packaging, labels and/or tags, and is accompanied by a copy of the original receipt for credit.  Defective merchandise is exchanged for the exact replacement.  There is no restocking fee for returns.
