Our five bedroom, two bath home sleeps up to 14 people and includes all of the following:

First Floor: Large, open living room with working fireplace (includes a queen-size sleep sofa); Separate dining room; Fully equipped kitchen; Full bathroom with tub/shower; small Den (with a full-size sleep sofa); and one large bedroom with a queen-size bed. Granite bar between kitchen and living room; Sliding doors from the living room and dining room to the front screened-in porch; Doorway from the back den to the back deck.

Second Floor: Four bedrooms (two queen, and four twin beds); Full bathroom with separate tub and shower stall; Spacious, cedar-lined closets; Front two bedrooms have doors to the front deck; rear two bedrooms have access to the back deck.

Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room.

Beautiful hard wood floors throughout.

Pillows and bedspreads included (you bring sheets and towels).

Fully enclosed front screened-in porch with wicker furniture and porch swing.

Front and rear decks; bi-level rear deck has spiral staircase to the yard and outside shower.

Off-street parking in the private drive (plenty of room for up to five cars).

Outside shower with hot and cold water.

Washer and dryer in basement.

Central air conditioning and heating.

Dishwasher, gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and blender.

Local telephone service and answering machine.

Spacious, fenced-in yard; gas and charcoal grills.

Reservation Information:

     One half of the rental rate is due as an initial deposit and must be received within seven days of making a reservation; balance is due one week prior to check-in, at which time we will arrange to get you keys.

     $100 security deposit required prior to check-in.

     Pets are welcome if pre-approved and crated when not supervised; an additional pet deposit of $75.00 is required.

     We reserve the right to request personal references from first time renters.

     CHECK IN TIME: 2:00 PM; CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 AM

     Off-season weekend rentals may also be available.

Cancellations:

     Our cancellation policy is consistent with those of the major realtors in Rehoboth. Specifically, cancellations are charged fifteen percent (15%) of the gross property rent if the property is re-rented for the full amount. If the property is not re-rented for the full amount, the entire deposit is forfeited. The cancellation policy applies as soon as we receive your deposit.

In Rehoboth Beach: Follow Rehoboth Avenue (1A) to boardwalk; make U-turn and continue back to First Street. Turn right on First, go two blocks to Maryland Avenue. Turn left, and we are the sixth house on the left!

From Washington, DC: Take Route 50 East, to 404 East, to 16 East, to Route 1 South. Take exit 1A (Rehoboth Beach) & follow above!

From Baltimore: Take I-95 South to Route 50 East, to 404 East, to 16 East, to Route 1 South. Take exit 1A (Rehoboth Beach) & follow above!

From Philadelphia: Take I-95 South to Route 113, to 13, to Route 1 South. Take exit 1A (Rehoboth Beach) & follow above!
